Job Description

The Ellison Institute Of Technology (eit) seeks an experienced HR Advisor to act as the primary HR partner for The Eagle & Child leadership team in Oxford, supporting the full employee lifecycle in a premium hospitality setting.

You will collaborate with managers and the EIT HR Business Partners to ensure compliance, drive performance, engagement and workforce planning, while delivering practical advice in a fast-paced environment.
