Hospitality Head Chef, London £45k - £50k
Our client is searching for a Hospitality focused Head Chef to take control of the kitchen at this corporate site in the City of London.
Catering for a breakfast and lunch service as well as extensive hospitality, all food is freshly prepared and based on a seasonal modern menu.
As the Head Chef, you will be
responsible for all food produced on site including hospitality and events
work alongside the General Manager to constantly evolve the food offer
planning menus for both staff dining and hospitality
leading and inspiring your team as well as motivating and developing
hands on in the kitchen
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
What we are looking for:
a Head Chef with a proven stable career history ideally with corporate B&I experience
hospitality focused
genuine passion for food and ingredients
up to date with current food trends and concepts
able to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as hands on
an outgoing personality with enthusiasm and bags of energy
financially aware, able to manage a budget and costs
flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
