Hospitality General Manager: Lead, Delight & Grow Pub

Greene King is seeking a General Manager for our Hungry Horse pub in Portsmouth to lead by example, develop the team and create a warm welcome for customers. You'll drive sales, deliver great pub experiences and bring the brand to life through your leadership.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage costs with P&L awareness, uphold brand standards and safety, and ensure allergen controls are understood. A personal license is required or can be pursued after appointment.
