Hospitality Function Administrator - Events & Invoicing

Leonardo Hotels Aberdeen Airport is recruiting a Function Administrator to support our hotel and conference venue teams. You will handle function requests, process deposits, and ensure bookings are accurately recorded in the PMS, while delivering smooth event administration.

Join us to post revenues, issue invoices for prepaid events, run reports, and keep systems up to date. This role requires organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with SOPs and cross department teams.
