Hospitality Assistant

This is a great opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join Aria Healthcare at their Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. The role involves providing excellent hospitality services to the residents, ensuring their needs are met. The care home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of hospitality and catering services to the residents of the care home. This will include serving meals, maintaining the dining areas, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and comfort of the home. You will work closely with the wider care team to support the overall well-being of the residents. This is a 20-hour per week role, with shifts between 8am and 6pm, including every other weekend.

Person Specification Qualifications

• No specific qualifications are required, but experience in a hospitality or catering role would be an advantage. A passion for delivering excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a friendly and empathetic personality are essential for this position.
