Hospitality Area Training Lead

The Ivy Asia is hiring an Area Training Manager to lead hospitality training across our Greater London venues. You will build a network of in-store trainers for restaurant, reception, bar and runner roles, working with Operations Managers, the Learning & Development team, and General Managers to elevate service standards.

You will identify training needs, create targeted programs, drive onboarding, menu tastings and team briefings, and measure impact through feedback and 90 day reviews.
