Job title: Hospitality and Events Supervisor

Location: Bisham Abbey

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Sunday including early shifts at 6.30am and late shifts at 12.30am

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum

Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England's National Sports Centres, hosting various National Governing Bodies of Sport. It offers excellent facilities for Britain's top athletes and is also a Conferencing and Event Centre with refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building.

The Hospitality & Events Supervisor oversees all hospitality operations on site, ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction. This operational role involves managing daily event activities and enhancing customer experiences to grow private function bookings and maintain a safe, professional environment.

About you

Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience and skills, including:

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Ability to manage weddings or events from start to finish
• Knowledge of computer software (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Problem-solving skills
• Delegation skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Awareness of current food and beverage trends
• Guest-oriented and service-minded attitude
