Hospitality & Catering Head of Kitchen Ruddington, Nottinghamshire Up to £13.77 / hour

Based at Gotham Primary School, NG11 0JS, you will be working 25 hours a week, Mon - Fri 8.30am - 1.30pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.

• Manage the day to day running of the school kitchen
• Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Order stock and manage budgets effectively
• Supervise and support kitchen staff

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
