About the Role: Based at The Lodge Forest Cafe, Trossachs Road, Stirling, FK8 3SX you will be working 37.5 hours a week roughly from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include Supporting the Catering Manager in supervision of the café including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training and all day-to-day operations of the kitchen and front of house.Administrative work, including placing orders, cash handling, stock control and monitoring of food budgetsChecking and recording all food/non-food deliveries and taking any necessary action requiredHelping the manager to control costs for consumables and staff labour to ensure the business is profitable Who are we looking for?
