An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced veterinary leader to join a prestigious referral hospital in Surrey as Hospital Manager / Clinical Services Manager.

In this senior non-clinical role, you'll oversee hospital operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and client service. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive efficiency, maintain RCVS standards, and shape the future of a truly world-class facility.

• RCVS-registered veterinarian
• Proven leadership and operational management experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Referral or large multi-site experience desirable
