Hospital Discharge Care & Support Worker (Driver)

Nationwide Care Services Ltd is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Hospital Discharge in the Solihull area. The role is full-time with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus 30p mileage. You must have access to your own vehicle and be able to travel locally to support patients home from hospital.

The position requires DBS disclosure and completion of mandatory training. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate timely hospital discharge and provide high-quality care and
