Family Support Team Administrative Volunteer
The Family Support Team at Weston Hospicecare provides emotional and practical support to patients, families and those close to them before and after bereavement. Our team is dedicated to ensuring everyone receives compassionate, person-centred support during some of life's most challenging times.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrative Volunteer to support the Family Support Team with essential behind-the-scenes tasks. This role helps ensure our services run smoothly, allowing the team to focus on supporting patients and their loved ones.
What you'll be doing- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing, photocopying and general office administration
- Providing general administrative support to the Family Support Team as required
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident IT skills and experience of data entry
- Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
- Happy to support with a variety of administrative tasks
- Friendly with a good sense of humour
- Open-minded and respectful of different lifestyles, backgrounds and values
No previous hospice or healthcare experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to supporting the work of the Family Support Team.
