St Luke's Hospice is seeking a Back of House Cook in Thurrock to deliver excellent catering for patients, staff, and visitors. The role is part of a new Bistro project, offering opportunities to develop hospitality skills and work in an innovative environment.

The successful candidate will prepare meals, adapt for dietary needs, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with teams. A food hygiene qualification is preferred. The position offers a salary range of £25,200 - £30,100 per annum and requires flexibility with working hours.
