Homes Finding & Partnerships Officer for Children

Bristol City Council is seeking three proactive Home Finding and Partnerships Officers to help children and young people access safe, stable homes that meet their needs and enable them to thrive.

You will work with carers, providers and partner agencies to broker suitable homes, manage referrals and a varied caseload, and negotiate placements. You'll analyse information to identify gaps and present recommendations to deliver value for money and better outcomes.
