Overview

Homeownership Garages Team Administrator needed in Southwark

The rate is £18.26ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: RQ

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact dealing with queries from customers about their garages and their rent accounts, referring more complex enquiries to the appropriate officer for rent income, lettings, repossessions or repairs.
  • Register customers on the garage waiting list and assist with making offers and appointments to view.
  • Assist the Income Officer with basic rent income tasks and, occasionally, assist the lettings officers with viewings.
  • Assist the Homeownership Manager to manage non-technical correspondence and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Under the guidance of the Homeownership Managers and Senior Letting Officer, be allocated straightforward work to free up the rest of the team to handle more complex issues.
