Homelessness Prevention & Family Support Officer

Hoople Ltd in Hereford is seeking 2 Prevention Support Officers on temporary agency contracts. One role is 35 hours/week for 5 months, the other 28 hours/week for 2 months, at £14.42 per hour.

You will provide outreach support to individuals who are homeless or at risk, using a Think Family approach and trauma-informed practices. The role involves assessing eligibility, agreeing support tasks, and helping clients secure or maintain accommodation while delivering drop-in and group sessions across
