Homelessness Officer

We are seeking experienced Homelessness Officers with a strong understanding of housing legislation, particularly in relation to ending duties under Sections 193 and 188 of the Housing Act. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing a homelessness caseload within a frontline service
• Strong knowledge of homelessness and housing legislation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work empathetically with vulnerable applicants
• Experience making legally sound decisions and maintaining accurate case records
• A collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partner agencies
