We require an exceptional Homecare Training Instructor who will deliver Platinum Homecare Orientation. This Training is designed to prepare our Caregivers to provide the highest level of homecare in a fully supported environment.

Full time salary DOE €45,000 plus incentive scheme and expenses

This role is based in our Head Office in Blanchardstown Co. Dublin.

Travelling is part of this role.

As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to oversee the Induction training programmes to our Healthcare Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Platinum Homecare programmes within a weekly schedule as agreed with the General Manager's across Ireland.
• Delivering high quality teaching and learning sessions for new carers, demonstrating empathy, understanding and attention to detail.
• Scheduling training sessions and organising resources to facilitate training sessions.
• Responsible for all assessments, paperwork and compliance undertaken during Induction Training.

Ideal but not essential

• Train the Trainer Delivery and Evaluation (Level 6)
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to learner success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
