Homebuyer Experience & Quality Manager

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to oversee the customer journey across our South West Midlands developments, reporting to Coleshill. You will manage inspections, collaborate with site teams and partners, and drive high customer satisfaction through efficient snagging resolution and proactive service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and time management, with travel to sites and involvement in NHBC/Premier guidelines where relevant.
