Location:Linkwood View, Elgin


Working Hours:35 hours per week


Remuneration:£24,489 per annum (during 6-month probation period) increasing to £25,778 (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role

Hanover Scotland is excited to be recruiting for a full-time Home Support Worker to provide care and support services within our Housing with Care development in Elgin.


Our Home Support Workers provide enhanced provision to support adults with varying needs including physically disabled, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. Our team enable tenants to live as independently as they are able in their own homes with a responsive service adapted to individual care plans.


This role will entail working weekends and public holidays, so we are looking for the successful candidate to be flexible and able to support our rota patterns.

Successful candidates will have:

  • An ability to treat people with empathy and recognise the rights of choice and independence.

  • A basic level of digital skills and literacy.

  • An ability to complete a full and satisfactory PVG check prior to joining (you must be a member of the PVG scheme prior to starting this role with us).
