Home Occupational Therapist

For one of our Vaud clients, we are looking for a home-based Occupational Therapist (M/F). Holder of a HES Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or a title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. Autonomous, organized, rigorous, with good teamwork skills, availability, and a genuine motivation for patient-centered care. Ability to quickly integrate into a team and maintain a high level of professional standards. Evaluate the functional abilities of patients (physical, cognitive, psychosocial) as well as their environmental and architectural context. Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans. Intervene in and/or maintain the autonomy of patients actively and promote occupational therapy within professional groups and to the public, particularly through the cantonal project for home care, local initiatives, and prevention efforts.
