As Home Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care while maintaining commercial performance and regulatory excellence.

• Provide strong, visible leadership across all areas of the home
• Ensure outstanding person-centred care is delivered consistently
• Drive compliance in line with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain high occupancy levels and manage budgets effectively

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
• Demonstrable leadership and team management experience
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
