Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a nurse-qualified Home Manager with a strong clinical background, ideally with previous leadership experience in a high-performing residential or nursing home. Specifically:

• Registered nurse with active NMC pin and demonstrable clinical expertise.
• Experienced in leading stable, high-performing teams and maintaining excellent care standards.
• Skilled in operational and financial management within the care sector.
• Confident, visible leader capable of inspiring staff, engaging families, and working with regional leadership.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise occupancy and maintain competitive positioning.
