Job Description
A community support organization in Lancaster seeks volunteers for Home Library Services to deliver books and provide company to vulnerable individuals. The role involves driving to collect and deliver pre-packed books, engaging in friendly conversations, and helping to alleviate loneliness. Volunteers will receive training, support, and their travel expenses reimbursed. A DBS check is required, and applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
