Your new role includes:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the home care team and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Using One Touch Care software, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising caregivers, providing necessary support and coaching to foster their professional development.
• Conducting regular assessments of clients' conditions and adjusting care plans as needed to reflect changes in health status.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Managing scheduling and staffing of caregivers to optimize service provision and maintain adequate coverage.
• Monitoring the quality of care provided by staff through regular evaluations and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Experience you need:

• QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
• 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
• Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organised and process driven
• Effective time management skills
