Home Care Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and caring people to join our Take4Care family, providing care and support services to adults, the elderly and people with disabilities living in their own home

We have contracts available for full time and part time hour carers. Our full and part contracts work on a schedule basis of set days/hours a week.

Applicants must hold a full UK drivers' licence and have use of their own vehicle.

No sponsorships available.

Previous care experience essential.

Operating hours are 6am-11pm

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes, following care plans and support from senior colleagues
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. We cover all kinds of support.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
