Home Based Community Nurse - Hospital at Home

HomeLink Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse for the Kettering area to deliver safe, high-quality care to NHS patients in patients' homes as part of the Hospital at Home service. You will conduct 45 minute visits, perform IV therapy and wound management, and coordinate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to support patients in recovering at home.

The role requires a valid NMC registration, current revalidation, and at least three years of post registration experience
