Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator to connect adults with local services, offering information and guidance to explore options and reduce isolation. The role is predominantly home based with some local travel, aiming to support mental health and independent living.

You will provide one-to-one guidance through face-to-face, phone, and digital contact, building personalised support plans aligned with individual needs.
