Holiday Park Manager - Visa Sponsorship Switch Available

Agency: Holiday Resort - South Wales, Cardiff
Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £31,300 / year

Responsibilities:

Help the owners manage the front of house, waiting/bar, and reception workers daily.
Communicate with each department manager to ensure that every visitor has a flawless experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and show outstanding leadership to staff.
Make sure that every decision is made in the best interests of the hotel and its owners.
Ensure understanding, awareness, and adherence to all security, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
Identify and solve problems, offering individual suggestions to enhance goods and services.
Remain open to new ideas, actively explore them, and attend staff meetings.
