Holiday Park GM: Lead Profit & Guest Experience

Annesley-Gandon is seeking a Holiday Park General Manager in the Lake District region to take full accountability for daily park operations, driving revenue and customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team across departments, empower leaders, and ensure budgets and targets are achieved with a focus on service quality and profitability.

The role requires a proven track record in park management, strong leadership, and effective communication at all levels, including with board members.
