About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to provide holiday cover for a large manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for regular shifts throughout the year, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible, ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning office areas, including desks, floors, and communal spaces
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and staff break areas
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces such as door handles and shared equipment
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working in a professional office environment
