Holiday Camp Manager: Lead Safeguarding & Team

Camp Beaumont is seeking a proactive Management Team Member for Caterham-based holiday camps. You will lead day-to-day camp operations, safeguard participants, manage staff performance and build strong relationships with parents, schools and staff to ensure a smooth, safe and enjoyable camp experience.

Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with excellent communication, energy and a passion for working with children; role is seasonal during school holidays with a varied schedule.
