Holiday Camp Manager - Lead & Safeguard the Team

Camp Beaumont in Guildford is seeking a Camp Management Team Member to help run our busy holiday camps during school breaks. You will be on-site, leading a friendly team and ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly for children and families.

You will delegate duties, support staff with feedback, liaise with parents and schools, and report to the Operations Team. A Level 3 childcare qualification and safeguarding awareness are essential, plus energy and hands-on leadership.
