Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - KS1 & KS2Location: Sittingbourne, KentStart Date: September 2026Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Are you an experienced HLTA or an accomplished Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Sittingbourne from September.

Working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, delivering planned lessons in the teacher's absence, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school.

• Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2.

• Confidence delivering lessons and leading whole-class learning when required.

• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting children and staff.
