Flourish Education are seeking a committed and skilled High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school in Smethwick on a full time basis from January.

This role will be based predominantly in Key Stage 2, providing PPA cover across a range of KS2 classes, so strong experience working within KS2 is essential. The position offers an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their classroom experience, as well as for experienced practitioners ready to take on a varied and rewarding role.

As the HLTA, you will be responsible for delivering high quality lessons during PPA time, as well as supporting interventions and catch up groups where required. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience across different classes within the KS2 phase while becoming a valued member of the school community.

This position is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive primary environment, with the added benefit of no planning responsibilities, helping you maintain a positive work life balance.

Key Requirements for this HLTA role:

• Proven experience in a UK Primary School setting
• A valid HLTA qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Exceptional behaviour and classroom management skills
• Strong references from recent employers or school placements
