Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Primary School, Knutsford 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) EYFS to Year 6

Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a varied and rewarding role in a vibrant local primary school?

We're seeking an experienced and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a team in Knutsford. You'll have the opportunity to work across the entire school, from our youngest learners in EYFS through to Year 6, providing quality teaching and learning experiences through cover and support work.

About the role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities across all year groups (EYFS - Year 6)
• Provide PPA cover for class teachers Monday to Thursday
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Support pupils' learning and development across the curriculum
• Work flexibly across different key stages and year groups

What we're looking for:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent
• Experience teaching/leading learning across primary age range
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident delivering lessons across different subjects and key stages
• Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum
