HLTA / Home Tutor - Specialist SEN School (Ashford) Start ASAP

Are you an experienced HLTA or Home Tutor with a passion for transforming the lives of vulnerable young people?We're working with a specialist SEN school in Ashford who are looking for the right person to start as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic role for someone confident, calm and skilled in delivering personalised support to pupils outside of a traditional classroom setting.

The Role

You will be:

• Providing 1:1 home-based support to pupils with complex needs
• Delivering tailored learning and engagement sessions
• Working closely with the school's SEN team to ensure high-quality provision
• Supporting pupils with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)

Key Details

• Full-time position
• Driving licence required - the role involves travel to pupils' homes
• Essential: Proven experience delivering home-based 1:1 support
• Experience supporting pupils with PDA and EBSA is highly desirable
• Immediate start available
