Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within a PRU in Tower Hamlets.

• Deliver 6-7 History lessons per week under teacher guidance.

• Provide ad hoc English cover where required.

• Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.

• Assist with assessment and support students with Exam Access Arrangements.

• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support EHCP and SEN students.

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience.

• Has previous experience in alternative provision, PRU or SEN settings.

• Is confident leading small groups and whole classes.

• Has understanding of exam access arrangements.

• Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.
