HLTA - Humanities: Lead Small Groups & Support Classrooms

A reputable education organization in Greater London is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students in an SEMH school. The role involves providing specialized support, leading small group sessions, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have a degree (2:2 or above), be dynamic and resilient, and have the ability to inspire students and work collaboratively. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £575 - £600 per week, term-time only.
