Reed Education is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support our fantastic network of Primary Schools across the London Boroughs.If you're ready to take on more responsibility, lead learning, and make a real impact in the classroom, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading whole-class lessons in the teacher's absence
• Supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs
• Collaborating with teachers and senior staff to enhance teaching and learning
• Helping to deliver engaging school-wide initiatives

What We're Looking For

• HLTA qualification or extensive, proven experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Confidence leading whole-class teaching
• A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
• A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
