HLTA - Full-Time - PPA Cover Across School

We are recruiting a full-time HLTA to deliver PPA cover across a Gateshead primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity within Teaching Assistant jobs in Gateshead for someone confident leading lessons.

About the role:

You'll deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring continuity of learning throughout the school.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Teaching across a range of year groups
• Delivering engaging, structured lessons
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapting to different classes and environments
• Building relationships across the school

What we're looking for:

• HLTA status or strong classroom experience
• Confidence teaching across primary age ranges
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong classroom management skills
