Job Title: HLOP (High Level Order Picker) Operator
Location: Rugby
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HLOP (High Level Order Picker) Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. The role will also involve a variety of general warehouse duties alongside HLOP operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders at height
• Assisting with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, stock control, and goods-in/goods-out
• Ensuring stock is handled with care and accuracy
• Carrying out regular equipment checks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a HLOP is preferred
• Valid certification or licence for HLOP operation (desirable)
• Willingness to carry out general warehouse tasks as required
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
