Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating and effective lessons in History to students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs and interests of diverse learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on student progress and achievement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary teaching resources and strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and keep up-to-date with educational innovations.
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in History.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality History education at the primary or secondary level.
- A deep understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
