What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging and well-structured History lessons across Key Stages, encouraging critical thinking and historical inquiry.
Develop a broad and inclusive curriculum that sparks interest in a variety of historical periods and themes.
Monitor, assess, and support students' academic progress.
Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs and styles.
Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, respect, and active participation.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to share best practices and improve outcomes.
Take part in school life, including enrichment activities, trips, and events.
Stay current with curriculum and exam board changes.
Offer guidance and preparation for assessments and public exams.
Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress.
