Historic Properties Manager - 10-Month Maternity Cover

National Trust for Jersey is seeking an experienced Properties Manager to cover a maternity leave. The role oversees letting, repair, maintenance and conservation of our historic building portfolio, including residential and commercial properties, self-catering facilities, visitor sites, monuments and landmarks.

Leading a team of five, you will coordinate and prioritise work schedules, ensure health and safety procedures are followed, and manage all aspects of the rental portfolio.
