Histology Lead BMS (Band 6) - Lab Workflow & QA

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Biomedical Scientist in Histology for a full-time, permanent role based in High Wycombe. You'll assist Senior BMSs and lead the day-to-day management of the laboratory workflow in the Cellular Pathology department, ensuring efficiency and quality control in service delivery.

The ideal candidate should be HCPC registered, possess a Basic Biomedical Science degree, and have significant post-registration experience in a diagnostic pathology laboratory. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential for this position.
