Position: Hire Desk Controller

Location: Earthmover House, St Martins, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 3PZ

Employment: Full time (Monday - Friday)

• Full time
• 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday (1in3)

Role responsibility & duties

• Taking incoming calls from customers for hires
• Creating & managing hire contracts
• Obtaining & collating information related to hires
• Keeping records of enquiries up-to-date & chasing up promising leads

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience dealing directly with customers in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills including, particularly with outlook & Excel
• Strong record keeping & organisation
