Highways Training & Ops Coordinator

At M Group Highways, we're looking for a Training Administrator to organise and manage all aspects of training for the Operational Workforce, liaising with the TWU team and depot staff. You'll monitor costs and ensure correct training delivery for each appointment, supporting HR and Operations as winter maintenance approaches.

You'll visit depots, coordinate Safety Critical Medicals, maintain OH records, and assist with admin such as timesheets and GRNs.
