Carrington West is seeking a reliable Site Agent for a highways scheme in Shropshire. You'll oversee project management, ensuring quality and compliance while managing Supervisors and Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in highway construction, drainage, and civil engineering projects, with relevant qualifications including HND/HNC, First Aid, CSCS Supervisor, and SMSTS. The role requires strong leadership and project planning skills, with occasional split shifts on-site.
