Highways Maintenance Operative - Outdoor Civil Works

VolkerHighways in Luton is recruiting a Highways Operative to join our Term Maintenance team. You will perform kerb laying, footway works, drainage repairs and asphalt patching while adhering to safety standards and working with internal and external teams.

You'll support emergency call-outs, winter duties and be part of an out-of-hours rota. A full UK driving licence is preferred and training opportunities are provided to develop new skills and qualifications.
